We’re hiring a Social Media Manager at KALISTA
nAre you passionate about fashion, storytelling and creating content that makes people stop scrolling? We’re looking for a creative, organised and hands-on Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence and bring KALISTA’s collections to life.

nLocation: Noida

nExperience: 3+ years, preferably with a fashion, lifestyle or luxury brand
nWhat you’ll do:

- n
- Own our social media strategy and content calendar, with a solid focus on Instagram.n
- Plan and execute engaging reels, stories, posts and collection-launch campaigns.n
- Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.n
- Collaborate with our design team, photographers and creators on shoots, styling and behind-the-scenes content.n
- Manage day-to-day publishing and community engagement, coordinating customer enquiries with our sales team.n
- Identify relevant influencers and manage collaborations, deliverables and performance tracking.n




- Track reach, engagement, follower growth and website traffic, using insights to improve content.n
- Work with our performance marketing team to align organic content with paid campaigns.n

nWho we’re looking for:

- n
- A strong aesthetic sense and an understanding of fashion and brand storytelling.n
- Excellent copywriting, communication and organisational skills.n
- Hands-on experience creating short-form videos and using tools such as Canva and video-editing apps.n
- Confidence with Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite and social media reporting.n
- A portfolio showing content you’ve created, accounts you’ve managed and measurable results.n
