Hiring: Manager / Sr. Manager – Business Development

nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the Domestic Market , with a focus on IT & Non-IT recruitment solutions .
n
n Key Responsibilities
n• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, job portals, email campaigns, cold calling and networking
n• Identify new clients and business opportunities
n• Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions
n• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
n• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients
n• Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals
n• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets




n• Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure client satisfaction
n• Reactivate existing clients and drive revenue growth
n• Track market trends and competitor activities
n
n What We're Looking For
n✅ 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition
n✅ Experience in Recruitment / Staffing / HR Services will be preferred
n✅ Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
n✅ Valuable proposal writing and client relationship management skills
n✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented and result-driven
n
