This position will bridge that gap by developing and executing Zen’s international business strategy, engaging directly with foreign defence stakeholders, and ensuring timely identification and conversion of export opportunities. The Business Development Manager – International owns the end-to-end international business development function for Zen. This includes market scouting, relationship management with foreign governments and defence agencies, and export operations execution. Their accountability begins with identifying export opportunities and extends through contract execution, partnership formation, and market penetration in target regions.
