We are looking for a high-impact Sales Head / Senior Business Development Leader with solid experience in IT Services, Engineering Staffing, Technology Solutions, or related services , along with a proven track record of selling to enterprise clients across the APJ region .This is a hands-on, high-ownership sales leadership role for someone who can open enterprise doors, build strategic relationships, win new accounts, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

You will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to define the APJ go-to-market strategy, identify high-value target accounts, build a strong sales pipeline, and establish long-term enterprise partnerships.

As the business scales, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a high-performing sales and business development team.

Build relationships with CXOs, CIO/CTO organizations, Business Heads,



HR/TA leaders, Procurement, and Vendor Management teams.

Leverage existing industry relationships and networks to create opportunities within strategic enterprise accounts.

Drive the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure.

IT Services & Technology Solutions Sales:

Sell IT services, engineering services, technology staffing, recruitment solutions, and project-based talent solutions.

Understand client technology requirements and position the appropriate combination of engineering talent, staffing models, and technology capabilities.

Develop customized proposals, presentations, and commercial models based on client requirements.

Identify opportunities across contract staffing, permanent hiring, managed services, bulk hiring, and dedicated engineering teams.
