We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Consultant with 2–7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customization. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on expertise in X++, D, and D365, with the ability to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver scalable and reliable implementations.

You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and development teams to design, develop, customize, integrate, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 technical solutions.
- Design, develop, customize,



and maintain applications and business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Develop and modify solutions using X++, following established coding standards and development best practices.
- Work on customizations, extensions, workflows, reports, integrations, and other D365 components.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and ensure successful solution delivery.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop reusable and maintainable code while ensuring application performance, security, and scalability.
- Assist with system integrations and data migration activities involving Dynamics 365.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and technical documentat
