Conduct routine site inspections to identify hazards, enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and implement emergency accident protocols.
- Team Supervision: Direct and instruct construction workers and subcontractors, monitor daily productivity, and evaluate crew performance.
- Project Execution: Interpret blueprints and building plans to ensure all work strictly conforms to project specifications and quality standards.
- Logistics & Resource Planning: Order construction materials, schedule necessary equipment maintenance, and ensure the site is adequately stocked.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, track labor attendance, monitor inventory, and report daily progress to the Project Manager.

Essential Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering,



Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a site supervisor, foreman, or similar role within the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read technical documents, CAD drawings, and blueprints.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of local building codes, hazard management techniques, and OSHA/regional health and safety standards.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills to coordinate multiple trades and personnel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
