5. Company Location: - Moraiya, Ahmedabad (Gujarat)
6.Education:
- Dip./ B.Tech. Mech.
7.Experience:
- Min. 7 Yrs. relevant experience in a press shop (stamping/forming industry).
8.
Strong knowledge of press machines (mechanical & hydraulic), die settings, and sheet metal processes.
9.Good understanding of quality systems like ISO/TS/ IATF.
10.Hands-on experience with productivity tools and ERP systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the Press Shop (hydraulic & mechanical presses).
- Ensure daily production targets are met with adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Plan and implement production schedules as per dispatch and customer requirements.
- Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Planning departments for smooth operations.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
- Manage a team of operators, technicians, and supervisors effectively.
- Ensure 5S, Kaizen, TPM, and safety practices are followed on the shop floor.
