Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Preschool (Fresher)
Location: ShantiJuniors Preschool / Bengaluru, Thanisandra]
Reports To: Class Teacher / Principal

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the teacher during classroom lessons and activities.
- Help children with learning tasks, playtime, and routines.
- Support classroom setup, decorations, and teaching materials.
- Supervise children during snack time, outdoor play, and transitions.
- Help maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the classroom.
- Observe children and report concerns to the teacher.
- Assist with attendance and basic records.
- Support school events and celebrations.
- Learn school teaching methods and grow into the role.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma / 12th Pass (as per school requirement).
- Passion for working with young children.
- Good communication skills.
