CNC Programming
- Create and optimize CNC programs (G-code/M-code) for tooling components
- Work on software like Mastercam / AutoCAD / SolidWorks:
- Modify programs based on tool wear, material, and process improvement
- Machine Operation & Setup:
- Operate CNC Turning / VMC / Tool & Cutter Grinding machines
- Perform machine setup, tool setting, offset corrections
- Select proper cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures
- Tooling Development
- Manufacture tooling for processes like:
- Heading dies
- Roll forming tools
- Grinding fixtures
- Carry out rework, repair, and modification of toolsQuality Control
- Ensure dimensional accuracy using instruments:
- Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge
- Maintain tolerance as per drawing (micron-level precision)
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspection

Process Improvement
- Optimize cycle time and tool life
- Suggest improvements in tooling design and machining process
- Reduce rejection and rework

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
