Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to

spearhead our growth in the IT services sector. In this role, you will be the face of the

company, responsible for identifying recent market opportunities and driving revenue across

proven track record in selling complex IT solutions, specifically focusing on Digital

Transformation—helping organizations migrate from manual, legacy systems to

sophisticated, automated environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Identify and penetrate new market segments across various industries.
- Generate a robust pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, social selling, and

field visits.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and

emerging technologies.

2. Solution Selling & Consultative Pitching
- Understand client 'pain points' and propose tailored IT solutions including: Custom

Software & ERP Development, Web & Mobile App Development, e-Commerce Platforms,

AI & Machine Learning Solutions,



and UI/UX Design Services.
- Lead the transition of clients from manual legacy systems to automated, cloud-based, or

AI-driven workflows.

3. Strategic Client Management
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial contact to closure and post-sales

relationship management.
- Collaborate with the technical pre-sales team to prepare detailed proposals, RFPs, and

technical presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure win-win

outcomes.
