Create and update product listings including images, descriptions, and pricing

Optimize product titles and descriptions using SEO-friendly keywords

Ensure proper categorization and product attributes

3. Order Processing & Coordination

Monitor and process daily orders

Coordinate with the warehouse and packaging team for timely dispatch

Handle returns, replacements, and order-related issues

4. Inventory Management

Track and maintain stock levels

Avoid stock-outs and ensure product availability

Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation for food items

5. Customer Service Management

Respond to customer queries in a timely manner

Manage customer feedback and reviews

Resolve complaints and negative feedback professionally

Packaging & Compliance Coordination

Ensure compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines)

Verify proper labelling including expiry date, ingredients, and batch details

Coordinate with the packaging team to maintain quality standards

7. Sales Analysis & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

Analyze sales performance and identify best-selling products

Suggest strategies for business growth

8. Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with courier and delivery partners

Resolve delivery delays and logistics issues

9. Website Management
- Update product listings on the company website
- Monitor payment gateways and checkout processes
