Role Summary
You will assist the O&M; technicians in maintaining solar plant operations, ensuring smooth
execution of maintenance activities and supporting site-level tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support Maintenance Activities
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Support cleaning, tightening, and inspection activities
2. Module Cleaning & Site Upkeep
- Perform module cleaning as per schedule
- Maintain site cleanliness and housekeeping
3. Material Handling
- Assist in movement of tools, cables, and materials
- Support loading/unloading of equipment.
Skills & Requirements
- ITI / Basic electrical knowledge preferred
- 0-2 years of experience
- Physically fit for field work
- Willingness to learn and work on-site
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
