Job Purpose

Responsible for supervising the restaurant service team and ensuring smooth operations, excellent guest service, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the service team during shifts.
- Welcome guests and ensure prompt, professional service.
- Allocate tables/sections and monitor service standards.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily updates.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments.
- Handle guest requests and resolve service issues professionally.
- Ensure menu knowledge, order accuracy, and proper food presentation.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Support training and development of service staff.
- Assist with billing, stock control, and other operational duties as required.





Requirements:
- 2-4 years of restaurant/hospitality experience.
- Previous experience as a Captain, Team Leader, or Senior Waiter preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Customer-focused, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
