Job Title:
3D & Graphic Design Faculty

Fiction Institute of Creative Studies (FICS) is looking for a skilled and passionate 3D & Graphic Design Faculty to train and mentor students in industry-relevant creative skills. The role involves delivering practical, hands-on training in graphic design, 3D animation, and visual content creation while guiding students to build strong portfolios and career-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach graphic design fundamentals (branding, typography, layouts, social media design)
- Train students in 3D softwares
- Conduct software training (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Blender/Maya, etc.)
- Guide students on real-world projects and portfolio development
- Provide feedback, mentorship, and performance tracking
- Stay updated with latest design trends and tools
- Support students with career guidance and industry exposure

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of graphic design and 3D software
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and at least one 3D tool (Blender, Maya,



or similar)
- Prior teaching/training experience preferred (freshers with strong skills can apply)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students

Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in design, animation, VFX, or related field
- Industry experience in creative/design projects
- Portfolio showcasing graphic and/or 3D work
