INTTRVU.AI is looking for an experienced Senior Admission Counsellor - High-Ticket EdTech Sales to join our high-performance admissions team.
This role is ideal for an experienced B2C/Inside Sales professional who enjoys consultative selling, handling high-intent leads, overcoming objections and consistently closing high-value programs.
You will be responsible for converting qualified prospective learners into enrolled learners for INTTRVU.ai's premium Agentic AI, Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Own individual monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Engage with high-intent prospective learners through calls and consultations.
- Understand learner goals, professional background and career aspirations.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations and recommend relevant programs.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrolment.
- Handle complex objections related to program value, pricing, career outcomes and decision-making.
- Negotiate effectively and close high-ticket program sales.
- Maintain solid follow-up discipline across the sales pipeline.
- Track leads, opportunities, conversions and activities accurately in CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth learner experience.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in B2C / Inside Sales.:
