A10 Design Private Limited is an architecture, interior design and project execution company with over two decades of experience in the design and development industry.

Ashwood Living is our premium residential design and bespoke living brand, specialising in farmhouses, bungalows, villas, luxury residences, bespoke interiors, custom furniture, kitchens and wardrobes.

As we expand our in-house design studio, we are looking for an Architect - Residential Design who can work closely with our Founder & Principal Architect and progressively take greater ownership of the design and delivery of our residential projects.

The Role

This position suits an architect with approximately 4-6 years of experience and a robust foundation in residential design, with practical exposure to project execution.

You should be comfortable taking a project through the various stages of:
Client Brief → Space Planning → Design Development → Working Drawings → Materials & Finishes → Site Coordination → Execution





You will initially work closely with our Founder and existing design/project teams. As you demonstrate capability, you will be given increasing responsibility for independently managing the design coordination of selected projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and review residential layouts, concepts and design details.
- Prepare and review working drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate 3D visualisation and design presentations.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, vendors and consultants.
- Attend client meetings and translate requirements into practical design solutions.
- Visit sites and resolve routine design and execution issues.
- Ensure drawings, details and design information reach site on time.
- Assist with selection of materials, finishes, furniture, kitchens and wardrobes.
- Review site execution for design intent, detailing and workmanship.
- Track design deliverables, approvals and pending decisions.
