Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, skilled, and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage our full digital marketing operations.

You will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns, boosting engagement, growing audience reach, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to improve brand visibility, engagement, and customer reach.
- Manage digital marketing activities for group businesses
- Plan monthly content calendars, campaign themes, and brand messaging.

2. Photography & Videography (Must-Have Skill)
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for products, shops, on-ground activities, and customer interactions.
- Shoot reels, product demos, behind-the-scenes videos, and promotional clips.
- Edit videos using skilled tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN Editor, etc.).
- Ensure visuals follow brand guidelines and are optimized for social media.

Social Media Management
- Handle Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn pages.
- Schedule, post, and optimize content regularly.
- Engage with audience comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Maintain brand tone and consistency across platforms.

4. Paid Advertising & Performance
- Set up and manage campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads.
- Optimize ads for leads, reach, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Monitor daily performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets.

5. SEO, Website & Analytics
- Perform on-page SEO, keyword optimization, and local SEO (Google Business Profile).
- Monitor analytics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
