Key Responsibilities
- Edit videos for:
- Social media (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
- Ads and promotional content
- Add captions, transitions, effects, music, and storytelling elements:
- Create high-retention content (solid hooks, fast pacing)
- Repurpose long content into short-form viral clips:
- Maintain brand consistency in style and tone
- Deliver videos on time without compromising quality

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like:
- Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut Pro / CapCut
- Strong understanding of:
- Social media trends and formats
- Timing, pacing, and storytelling
- Ability to add:
- Subtitles, sound effects, motion graphics
- Basic knowledge of:
- Color grading and audio balancing

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience editing for personal brands or startups:
- Understanding of YouTube retention strategies:
- Knowledge of AI editing tools:
- Basic graphic design skills (thumbnails, overlays)

Experience Required
- Fresher with strong portfolio OR
- 1-3+ years of editing experience

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
