Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of household operations, ensuring seamless execution and superior service.
- Anticipate and fulfill the needs and preferences of principals and guests, providing personalized and discreet service.
- Manage and maintain household inventories, including fine wines, spirits, silver, china, and linens.
- Coordinate and supervise household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and drivers, ensuring high standards of performance.
- Plan, organize, and execute private events, dinners, and gatherings, including setting tables, serving meals, and managing guest services.
- Perform valet duties, including packing and unpacking luggage, wardrobe management, and personal shopping.




- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage schedules, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Ensure the security and privacy of the residence and its occupants at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas, ensuring proper care of furnishings and valuable items.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance schedules for the property and vehicles.
- Assist with pet care and other special requests as needed.
