The Finance Manager will play a critical role in driving vehicle finance conversions, maintaining lender relationships, ensuring compliance, and delivering an excellent customer financing experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Finance Executives to achieve finance and insurance (F&I;) targets.
- Handle end-to-end retail finance operations for vehicle sales.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for loan processing and approvals.
- Ensure maximum finance penetration across vehicle sales.
- Monitor finance documentation, compliance, and disbursement processes.
- Support the sales team in closing finance-related deals effectively.
- Maintain robust relationships with lenders and negotiate competitive finance schemes.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly finance performance metrics.
- Train and mentor finance executives on products, processes, and customer handling.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the financing process.




- Stay updated on automotive finance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
- Coordinate with BMW for customer queries, escalations, and issue resolution related to finance and retail operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in automobile retail finance or dealership finance operations.
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle loan products, retail financing, and dealership operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and dealership management systems is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
