Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Assistance & Procedure Support
- Assist dermatologists and specialists during minor surgical, aesthetic, and cosmetic procedures (e.g., lasers, chemical peels, PRP therapy, facial rejuvenations, and microdermabrasion).
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterile fields, and necessary equipment before each procedure.
- Administer injections, perform blood draws (phlebotomy) for specialized treatments, and manage basic wound care/dressings.

2. Patient Care & Pre/Post-Op Counseling
- Welcome patients, conduct initial assessments, take vital signs, and record accurate medical histories.
- Explain treatment processes, pre-procedure care, and post-treatment aftercare instructions to patients clearly and empathetically.
- Address patient queries over the phone or in person regarding their treatment plans and follow-ups.

3. Clinic Operations & Digital Management
- Maintain strict sterilization, sanitization, and infection control protocols across all treatment rooms and equipment.
- Manage clinical inventory, track consumable stock (syringes, serums,



specialized creams), and coordinate timely reordering.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registration: Valid registration with the West Bengal Nursing Council (WBNC)
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a clinic or hospital nurse is preferred. Freshers can also apply
- Hands-on experience in a dermatology, skin, or plastic surgery clinic is a massive plus.
- Skills:
- Solid practical knowledge of aseptic techniques and sterilization.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Tech-savvy with comfort using digital clinic management software/EMRs.
- Polished demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills suitable for a premium healthcare setup
