Key Job Responsibilities
- Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee daily construction activities to ensure alignment with project designs, specifications, and Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings.
- Planning & Progress Monitoring: Review project schedules, monitor milestones, and implement corrective actions if delays occur.
- Resource & Contractor Management: Manage in office manpower, heavy machinery, and material inventory efficiently to minimize waste. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Safety & Compliance (HSE): Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, conducting regular safety audits and enforcing PPE compliance.
- Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Implement site-specific quality assurance plans, inspection and testing plans (ITP), and conduct inspections to verify quality standards.
- Coordination & Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for client representatives, consultants, and local authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly progress reports, including recording material usage and labor tracking.
- Technical Problem Solving: Identify on-site technical issues (design clashes, site condition variations) and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve them.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor site expenses, verify subcontractor invoices, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Commissioning & Handover: Coordinate testing, commissioning, and startup activities to ensure successful project close-out. EPC Construction Management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical diploma or mechanical engineering.
- Experience: Proven experience (usually 10+ years) in handling EPC projects, particularly in power, solar, or heavy infrastructure.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to read blueprints, interpret civil/structural/electrical drawings, and proficiency
