Prop Vestors Private Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Telecaller Team Leader - Presales to lead and manage the presales calling team for real estate projects in Kolkata.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the presales telecalling team
- Handle customer inquiries and lead follow-ups
- Generate and qualify real estate leads
- Assign leads to sales executives and track conversions
- Maintain CRM and daily performance reports
- Train and motivate team members
- Ensure achievement of daily and monthly targets

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling/presales
- Team handling experience preferred
- Real estate industry experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel
- Strong leadership and convincing skills
