Job Summary

The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into participants and supporters for ISKCON Vizag’s Yatras, Summer Camps, and donor programs. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, follow-up discipline, and the ability to represent the organization with professionalism, warmth, and clarity. This position is well suited for someone who can manage both service-oriented sales and donor relationship management in a mission-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads generated through calls, walk-ins, referrals, digital campaigns, and events into confirmed registrations for Yatras and Summer Camps.
- Follow up systematically with prospective parents, devotees, and donors to improve conversion rates.
- Explain program benefits, schedules, contribution options, and participation details clearly and persuasively.




- Manage donor relationships, including first-time donors, repeat donors, and high-value supporters.
- Maintain an updated lead database, call logs, follow-up records, and conversion reports.
- Coordinate with temple administration, event teams, and program coordinators to ensure seamless participant onboarding.
- Handle objections professionally and resolve queries related to programs, logistics, and donations.
- Support fundraising and engagement initiatives through personal outreach and relationship nurturing.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion, registrations, and donor retention.
- Represent ISKCON Vizag’s values of trust, compassion, service, and transparency in all interactions.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
