About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Marketing Manager who can help grow Hirevoo’s brand presence, user engagement, and overall marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creativity, strategy, execution, and wants high-growth exposure in a startup setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute overall marketing strategies for Hirevoo
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
- Work on SEO, AEO, GEO, and website growth strategies
- Run paid media and performance marketing campaigns
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and social media growth
- Create branding and awareness campaigns




- Generate leads through marketing and outreach campaigns
- Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
- Build partnerships and promotional collaborations
- Support startup growth and brand positioning initiatives

- Experience in recruitment, HR-tech, or startup industry is a plus
