About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Research potential clients and identify their business and creative requirements.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients.

2. Client Management
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable creative/design solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and clients.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and commercial discussions professionally.

3. Proposal & Negotiation
- Prepare and present proposals,



quotations, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate with the creative/project team to develop accurate proposals based on client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, scope, timelines, and commercial terms.
- Ensure successful closure of deals while maintaining company profitability.

4. Team & Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the design, video, marketing, and project teams to ensure smooth execution after sales closure.
- Share complete and accurate project requirements with the internal team.
- Monitor sales team performance and support team members in achieving their targets.
- Conduct regular pipeline and sales-performance reviews.

5. Reporting & CRM
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, opportunities, proposals, and closures.
- Update CRM/sales trackers regularly.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track conversion rates, revenue, pending proposals, and sales pipeline.
