Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage the company’s social media presence, content calendar, and online promotions.
- Coordinate with creative teams for marketing materials, campaigns, photos, videos, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors, customer trends, and industry developments.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, events, offers, and brand campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
- Build relationships with external agencies, influencers, vendors, and other marketing partners.




- Identify current marketing opportunities to generate leads, customers, and revenue.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Creative, proactive, and result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
