Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end diamond jewellery production operations.
- Plan and monitor production schedules, targets and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with CAD, casting, setting, polishing, finishing and QC teams.
- Supervise production teams and ensure efficient manpower utilization.
- Monitor diamond and precious metal usage, wastage and production losses.
- Ensure jewellery is manufactured as per approved designs and specifications.
- Identify and resolve production, quality and process-related issues.
- Monitor rework, rejection and productivity at each production stage.
- Maintain daily production reports and performance records.
- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth order execution.




- Implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company production procedures.
- Strong knowledge of diamond jewellery production processes.
- Proven experience in managing production teams and large-volume orders.
- Positive understanding of diamond setting, casting, polishing and finishing.
- Strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality and minimizing wastage.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
