Job Title: Nursery / Preschool Teacher

Reports To: Principal / Academic Coordinator

Role Summary

We are looking for a caring, creative, and energetic Nursery / Preschool Teacher to nurture young children in a safe and engaging learning environment. The teacher will support children’s social, emotional, physical, and academic development through play-based learning and structured activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities.
- Teach basic concepts such as colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and rhymes.
- Create a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Support children’s social skills, confidence, and independence.
- Observe and track each child’s progress and behavior.
- Communicate regularly with parents about development and classroom updates.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, learning materials, and displays.
- Ensure child safety, hygiene, and well-being at all times.
- Participate in school events, meetings,



and training programs.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), Montessori, or related field.
- Prior preschool teaching experience preferred.
- Positive communication skills in English and the local language.
- Patience, creativity, and love for working with children.

Working Hours

8:30AM to 2PM, Monday to Friday, Saturday 9AM to 12PM

Salary

10,000 to 20,000 per month based on experience and skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,872.77 - ₹20,000.00 per month
