- Optimize campaigns to improve lead generation, engagement, and ROI
- Perform audience research, targeting, and budget management
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and copies




- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends and platform updates

Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of campaign setup, targeting, and optimization
- Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing concepts
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
