Role Purpose:The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting and streamlining day-to-day business operations across production, inventory, logistics, dispatch, vendor coordination, and internal process management. The role requires strong execution skills, operational coordination,



and the ability to manage workflows efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, dispatch, and procurement teams for efficient workflow management
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock planning and replenishment processes
- Ensure timely processing and dispatch of orders
- Coordinate with logistics partners and delivery teams to maintain operational efficiency
- Maintain operational records, reports, invoices, and documentation accurately
- Support vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and supply chain activities
- Identify operational bottlenecks and assist in implementing process improvements
