We are hiring for the position of Software Support Executive(Non Technical Background).

Job Responsibilities:
- Resolve user issues related to software usage and data
- Coordinate with technical team for issue escalation
- Train users on software operations when required
- Maintain proper communication and support records

Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers and software handling
- Valuable communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and remote support tools preferred
- Ability to handle client queries patiently

Additional Information:
- Extra payment will be provided for outside visits
- Fooding, lodging, and conveyance will be provided by the company

Location:
Kolkata

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
