We are looking for a Land Acquisition & Business Development Executive to identify and develop new property opportunities for Outright Purchase, Joint Venture (JV) and Redevelopment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily field surveys and identify suitable properties.

Identify opportunities for Outright Purchase, JV & Redevelopment.

Visit sites and collect basic property and owner details.

Connect with landowners, property owners, brokers and local contacts.

Understand owner expectations, pricing and development potential.

Conduct basic market research on land prices and property availability.

Arrange site visits and owner meetings.

Support negotiations and deal closures.

Maintain property leads and follow up regularly.

Prepare and submit daily survey and activity reports.





Build a solid network to generate continuous property leads.

Requirements:
2-10 years of experience in real estate, land sourcing, property acquisition or business development preferred.

Good knowledge of the Chennai real estate market.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Willingness to travel and work extensively in the field.

Self-motivated, target-oriented and hardworking.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
