Are you passionate about tech, smartphones, and delivering an excellent customer experience? We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Retail Sales Executive to join our premium mobile accessories store at Jaggi City Centre.

In this role, you will be the face of our brand on the retail floor, helping customers find the perfect protective cases, premium tempered glass, and tech accessories for their high-end devices. If you love interacting with people, know your way around the latest smartphones, and are driven by sales targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the store and provide a premium, engaging shopping experience.
- Assess customer needs and confidently recommend the right accessories for their specific devices.
- Actively drive sales, upsell premium products, and consistently meet store sales targets.
- Pitch and enroll customers into our exclusive store membership and loyalty programs.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using digital POS and billing systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and visually appealing store display at all times.
- Assist with basic inventory tracking and stock management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales (experience in electronics, mobile stores, or lifestyle retail is highly preferred).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Excellent knowledge of the latest smartphones (iOS and Android) and a genuine interest in tech gadgets.
- Confident, target-driven, and able to handle a fast-paced retail environment.
- Must be located in or able to easily commute to Ambala Cantt.
