Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage international B2B sales for diamonds and jewellery.
- Identify and acquire new international clients, including jewellery retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, brands, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international customers.
- Generate leads through industry networks, referrals, exhibitions, online platforms, and other business-development channels.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and order closure.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable diamond and jewellery products.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and commercial conditions with clients.
- Prepare quotations, product presentations, and sales proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for production, order processing, quality, and delivery.




- Follow up with clients regularly to generate repeat business and maintain long-term relationships.
- Research international markets, competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual international sales targets.
- Represent Elite Solution at jewellery exhibitions, trade shows, and international client meetings when required.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in diamond and jewellery sales.
- Prior experience in international sales, export sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of diamonds, jewellery, diamond specifications, and pricing.
- Experience handling international clients and closing B2B deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Positive command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to independently manage clients and sales pipelines.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business meetings and exhibitions when requir
