Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and explain counselling and therapy services professionally
- Coordinate and schedule therapy sessions with therapists
- Maintain timely follow-ups with leads and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through empathetic communication
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth onboarding and support throughout the client journey
- Coordinate internally with therapists and operations teams for appointment management

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client servicing, telesales, customer relationship management, counselling coordination, or similar roles




- Bachelor’s degree in BCom, BA, BSc, or related fields

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Valuable persuasion and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Proficiency in handling CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month
- 40% Fixed Pay + 60% Performance-Based Variable Pay
- Work-from-home opportunity
- Full-time employment

Work Timings
- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- One Sunday per month will be a working day with a compensatory off provided.

Pay: From ₹425,000.00 per year
