Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial transactions
- Maintain records of sales, purchases, expenses, and cash flow
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts
- Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance filing
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor inventory valuation, stock records, and production-related expenses
- Process vendor payments and maintain vendor accounts
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management
- Support payroll processing and employee reimbursement records
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management decisions

Required Skills:




✔ Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance
✔ Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software
✔ Knowledge of financial reporting and bookkeeping
✔ Strong analytical and numerical skills
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
✔ Time management and ability to meet deadlines
✔ Problem-solving and organizational skills
✔ Understanding of inventory and cost management in manufacturing/food industry
✔ Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com preferred):
- 5-6 years of experience as an Accountant
- Experience in Food, Bakery, FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing Industry preferred
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and financial compliance
