Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operation theatre before procedures.
- Arrange and check surgical instruments and equipment.
- Assist surgeons and nursing staff during surgeries.
- Maintain sterile conditions and infection-control standards.
- Handle and maintain OT instruments.
- Assist with patient preparation and positioning.
- Ensure proper sterilization of instruments.
- Maintain OT inventory and records.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology or relevant qualification.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization procedures.
- Positive teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
