Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative Junior Architect to join our team. The role involves working on residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects, supporting design development, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and planning architectural projects
- Prepare architectural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD
- Develop 2D and 3D designs and presentations
- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and internal departments
- Support in material selection and detailing
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings and project requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (preferably residential projects)
- Strong command over AutoCAD
- Preferred
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop
- Own laptop (preferred for flexibility and efficiency)
