Job Summary
Reliable Industries Pvt. Ltd., an authorized automobile dealership group, is hiring Relationship Managers for automobile sales operations in Jharkhand.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads through customer outreach and local market activities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, finance, and exchange options
- Follow up with prospective customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Coordinate documentation for booking, finance, insurance, and delivery
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Education: Graduate preferred (12th pass with relevant sales experience may apply)
Required Skills:
- Communication skills in Hindi and basic English
- Customer relationship skills
- Negotiation ability
- Basic computer knowledge
- Target-oriented approach
Mandatory Requirements
- Own two-wheeler
- Valid driving license
- Willingness for local travel and field sales
