Job Location : Saket (Delhi) & Lucknow

((TWO WHEELER --MUST with valid Driving License ))
- Key Responsibilities:_

Drive sales Through the Agents to achieve business targets.

Agent Recruitment & Activation
- Identify and onboard quality agents/advisors
- Ensure timely activation of newly recruited agents
- Maintain productive agent network growth

Financial Literacy & Training Delivery
- Conduct financial literacy sessions for agents
- Train agents on products, compliance, and customer education
- Organize workshops/webinars/field coaching

Business Generation Through Agents
- Drive revenue/business through trained agents
- Support agents in lead generation and closure
- Ensure achievement of sales targets

Customer Financial Awareness Initiatives
- Conduct financial awareness camps/seminars
- Promote financial planning and protection awareness

Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure agents follow regulatory and ethical practices
- Monitor policy/process compliance

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
