- Developing Rapport:Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
- Product Introduction & Selling:Introduce new products and drive sales growth through effective selling techniques.
- Planogram Execution:Ensure proper product placement and planogram adherence in dealer stores.
- Receivables Management:Oversee and manage receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Problem Resolution:Address and escalate issues related to sales, service, and commercials as needed.
- Store Promoter Training:Conduct training sessions for store promoters to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Merchandising Checks:Regularly check and maintain merchandising standards at dealer locations.
- Recent Dealer Creation:Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the distribution network.
- Competition Feedback:Gather and report feedback on competitor activities and market trends.

What We are looking for




- Sales Experience:At least 5 years of experience in front-line sales, preferably in a retail environment.
- Relationship Building:Strong ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with dealers and stakeholders.
- Sales Skills:Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets.
