We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Event Sponsorship & Partnership Manager to drive revenue and lead our event execution from concept to closing. In this role, you will be the commercial and creative force behind our event portfolio. You will be responsible for conceptualizing unique event properties, designing compelling pitch presentations, building solid relationships with diverse stakeholders, closing high-value sponsorship deals, and ensuring the seamless execution of the events themselves.

Key Responsibilities1. Sponsorship Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify, prospect, and secure corporate sponsors, partners, and exhibitors for a diverse portfolio of events.
- Own the entire sales pipeline: from lead generation and cold outreach to pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Meet and exceed established individual and team revenue targets.




- Develop creative, customized sponsorship packages (digital, experiential, branding) that align with prospective clients' marketing objectives.

2. Event Conceptualization & Strategy
- Brainstorm, conceptualize, and design new event properties or enhance existing ones to maximize market appeal and monetization potential.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor landscapes, and new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to build highly professional, visually compelling pitch decks and presentation materials.

3. Stakeholder Management & Partnership Building
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, industry associations, vendors, speakers, and community stakeholders.
