Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company products/services and offers clearly
- Generate and qualify leads through calling
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication
- Maintain customer database and update records in CRM/Excel
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate important issues when needed
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead handling
- Maintain polite, confident, and skilled communication on calls
- Share customer feedback and insights with management
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,985.92 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rajouri Garden, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
