About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly responsible Construction Project Manager who can independently manage and coordinate multiple construction sites simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multiple Site Management
- Manage and monitor multiple construction projects/sites simultaneously.
- Regularly visit all active sites and ensure smooth progress.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Contractors and Project Teams.
- Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure all sites are progressing according to the approved schedule.

2. Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare and monitor detailed project execution schedules.
- Develop weekly, monthly and milestone-based targets.
- Track planned vs. actual progress.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks and critical activities.




- Coordinate parallel activities to optimize project duration.
- Prepare recovery plans wherever projects fall behind schedule.
- Maintain project trackers, progress reports and dashboards.

3. Construction Execution
- Supervise overall execution of civil and finishing works.
- Ensure construction is carried out as per:
- Approved drawings
- Structural drawings
- Architectural drawings
- Specifications
- BOQ
- Approved construction methodology
- Monitor activities including excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, electrical, plumbing, painting and finishing works.
- Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities.

4. Manpower & Contractor Management
- Plan manpower requirements for each site.
- Monitor productivity of labour and contractors.
- Allocate resources according to project priorities.
- Manage subcontractors and specialist agencies.
