Monitor and maintain company buildings, sheds, roads, drainage systems, compound walls, and other civil infrastructure.
- Supervise daily civil maintenance and repair activities inside the plant premises.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers for civil work execution.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of building structures and facilities.
- Inspect and identify damages, leakages, cracks, flooring issues, and structural problems.
- Plan and execute renovation, painting, waterproofing, fabrication foundation, and expansion work.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, material usage, quotations, and work completion reports.
- Ensure all civil activities are carried out as per safety requirements and company standards.
- Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness related to civil work areas.




- Verify bills, measurements, and work quality of contractors before submission for approval.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance departments during breakdown or emergency civil work.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and materials.
- Support audit requirements related to building safety, infrastructure, and facility management.
- Maintain compliance with statutory and factory infrastructure requireme

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
