Industry Focus: Strong experience in handling general medicine, pediatric, nutraceutical, or specialty divisions.

Network & Database: Established network of active pharma distributors, franchise partners, stockists, and medical representatives across target territories.

Key Skills: Territory expansion, distributor onboarding, stockist handling, team management, rate list/PTS/PTR negotiation, and CRM/lead management.

Core Responsibilities

Franchise Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard new PCD franchise partners and state/district-level distributors.

Territory Management: Assign exclusive monopoly rights, set regional sales targets,



and drive market penetration in untapped zones.

Product Promotions & Support: Coordinate product visual aids, MR bags, LBLs, doctor samples, and promotional materials for franchise clients.

Sales Targets & Collections: Ensure quarterly/annual sales targets are met while keeping payment cycles and accounts receivable streamlined.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, recent product demand, and emerging molecule trends to optimize inventory selection.
