Key Works & Responsibilities
- Creative Strategy & Branding: Define the overarching visual identity of the brand. Create style guides, maintain consistency across all touchpoints, and align design initiatives with company marketing goals.
- Multimedia Production: Oversee or independently execute multimedia projects such as video editing, motion graphics, podcast/video thumbnails, and interactive presentations.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior designers and interns. Review creative drafts to ensure high-quality, pixel-perfect output.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire design pipeline from initial ideation and concept briefs to final delivery. Manage workflows to ensure deadlines and budget constraints are met.
- Trend Analysis & Adaptation: Monitor industry trends in design, social media algorithms, and audience behavior to keep the brand's output fresh, relevant, and engaging

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
