About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and result-oriented B2B Relationship Manager to join our real estate sales team in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities
- Connect with channel partners, brokers, and property consultants on a daily basis.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and current channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the company's network.
- Visit broker offices and meet property consultants regularly.
- Explain and promote the company's real estate projects, pricing, inventory, offers, and payment plans.
- Generate leads and business opportunities through the channel partner network.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits with channel partners and their clients as required.




- Follow up with leads after site visits and support the sales process until booking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with channel partners and prospective customers.
- Collect market feedback and monitor competitor projects and pricing.
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and CRM teams for smooth booking and closure.
- Develop the assigned market/territory and continuously expand the channel partner network.
- Independently plan daily field visits and manage the assigned area.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate.
- Experience with a builder/developer or real estate channel partner network will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong sales and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.:
