We are looking for a proactive and organized Content Coordinator Intern to help manage and execute content production for multiple brands.

This role is ideal for someone who understands social media content, enjoys coordinating with creative teams, and can ensure smooth execution between strategy, design, video editing, clients, and creators.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate execution of monthly content calendars
- Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams
- Ensure content is delivered on time and aligns with brand requirements
- Manage task tracking, approvals, and content schedules
- Communicate with clients for feedback, revisions, and approvals
- Assist in sourcing UGC creators and influencers when required
- Organize content references, briefs, and brand assets
- Review creatives before submission to ensure quality and accuracy
- Help streamline day-to-day content operations





Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Understanding of Instagram, Reels, and social media trends
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing workflows
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Sheets or similar tools is a plus
- Interest in branding, content creation, and digital marketing
